Dr. Vakkas was excellent! Along with his staff members Amanda & Nicole. They made me feel very much at home and treated me with great overall hospitality during my entire oral surgery procedure. I actually think I felt so much at home that I didn't want to wake up from the anesthesia lol (Both Amanda & Nicole had to kindly tell me to wake up repeatedly) I got all four of my wisdom teeth extracted at once and my recovery went very well. The only complaint I have is looking like a chipmunk lol from the swelling for a couple days, of course it went down eventually though. I had a wonderful overall experience and I would not have chosen a better place to perform my oral surgery. Thank you all!
Took my 17 year old son there today to have his wisdom teeth removed. Everyone was so kind and explained everything step by step. The assistant did a great job reviewing post op instructions and what to expect. She spoke to me but also spoke directly to my son explaining everything. Dr. Vakkas was excellent. He was kind and did a great job. The billing department was great also, we had a last minute insurance change and they were so quick to call and get benefits for us so we knew our copay. I really appreciate this office and how well they took care of my son. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of dental surgery.
I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Vakkas in the Lititz office. I was a little nervous, but the visit was much better than I expected. Ashlyn and Nicole explained everything and made me feel more comfortable. The removal only took about 20 minutes and I was back home within an hour. I got calls from their office 2 days later to see how I was feeling and a week later to check on how my mouth was healing. I would definitely recommend Sudbrink to anyone who needs oral surgery.
